Recently, when bending, standing, or sitting, I noticed a sound from my knee joint and slight pain. After purchasing it during a sale, I applied it around my knee, and by the third day, I felt no pain, and the sounds ceased! I was initially sceptical but absolutely surprised by the results. Having worked in customer service for many years, I have often felt discomfort in my knees. I used glucosamine and collagen supplements but switched to applying this cream. The next day after application, knee pain is noticeably reduced. Consistent use every day would likely yield better results.

Good for joints. The smell is peculiar. I use it for my joints, particularly my knee, due to an upcoming cartilage operation. Initially, when my knee hurt, I applied it two to three times daily. By the second day, I felt more comfortable.

It’s easy to apply, and my skin loves it. The combination of glucosamine, MSM, and Arnica is beneficial for my knee pain. The lotion isn't strongly scented, making it pleasant to use. I apply it every day alongside glucosamine.
